Today the 2nd January 2016 I attempted to contact customer services due to a problem experienced on one of my numbers contracted to Altech. I virtually spent about an hour on the phone but to no success. On three occasions my calls seemed to have been answered but the once you could hear consultants speak in the background. The other two times the calls also seem to have been answered but almost immediately the calls are terminated. The one fortunate time my call was answered by a lady called Palesa, i explained my problem, was put on hold and again call terminated from their side. If this is what they call customer services then this is really non existant. Really pathetic services. I am so angry presently and trying to keep my language under control. I sometimes wonder how does Altech procure and train their staff. Basic telephone etiquette is also non existent. Do they actually measure their staff performance against KPI's? Perhaps they should procure my services as I come from that background! I will be changing my service provider at my earliest!! Really disgusted.
