Customer service and Call centre

I am Utterly Disgusted by Customer service and Call centre . You complain on Hello peter , then they jump and close account. The account was only closed on the 18th of June , since I made a request and paid the settlement amount on the 3rd June 2015. I am now told that the settlement amount does not include the monthly invoiced amount dated from the 17 of May. I do not understand why I was not informed about that and only now that I had to query the invoice. You spend all your airtime querying the same issue over and over again. Lesson learnt, after this I am done with altech. If you need a cell phone contract go direct .
