Credit record damaged - over billing dispute

Francios Odendaal from Autopage was investigating this case of identity theft since my reporting on Hello Peter in May 2014. I had to open a police case and forward my identification details for Autopage to investigate. By May 22, 2014 Francios confirmed that the matter was resolved.

As I am applying for a home loan in April 2015, I discovered that my credit report on Transunion, Experian, Lucid and XDS reflects that the Autopage billing dispute has not been resolved, in fact, it has damaged my credit record. I informed Francios about this, who instructed Poppy Miller, as he had in May 2014, to remove such details from my credit record. Three weeks have passed, nothing has been resolved. Either this Poppy is non-existent or could not be bothered.

Either way, this matter now is directly affecting my chances of getting a favourable home loan for the house that I deserve to get.

It is a year later, I am as frustrated as I ever was. What on earth could make Autopage be so ******** or neglect?
