Credit received - but no money?

<p>After struggling with Autopage from September 2015 r.e. overcharge for hardware subsidy I received a sms stating I have a credit due on my account in June. No phone call, letter, etc to explain how to collect the credit. Vodacom informed me to send an email to ********** for a refund in my bank account - the email is being returned as incorrect email address. Now - it is nearly 12 months later and still no luck with the refund of monies owing to me. What else am I to do? I am not getting any feedback from Autopage. How do I resolve this issue as it seems that Vodacom is none the wiser either???</p>
