Credit limit

Good day<br> <br> I would like to lay a complaint against Altech Autopage Cellular for allowing my credit limit that was suppose to n have placed on my cell at R10.00. They have allowed my account to exceed the limit stating that it was beyond their control. This is not acceptable as I have been with Nahua Mobile and the limit has always been set at a certain amount. If there is a gliche in the system, then they have to address it. It's very easy to blame the system but really and truly it's not fair on the client. I have a trail of e- mails that I have sent ensuring that the usage lit doesn't exceed the amount of R10.00. They have ignored my requests and I find that very infair.
