CREDIT FOR LIMITED TIME ONLY !!!!!

Discovered by default ( Sept 15 ) that the amount of data usage I was paying for was not activated since Dec 14.<br> I was paying for 500mb and using + /- 200 maximum . The error was admitted by Autopage .<br> They passed a credit for 3 months only - Jul/Aug/Sept 15 - they say company policy - I want them to pass the credit from the time the error was made ie Dec 14 onwards. They were charging me for out of bundle rates in addition to the charge for my data bundle which was not activated since inception Dec 14.
