Credit Bureau info not updated
I had an account with Autopage in 2011, which I defaulted on but was handed over to Legal, I paid it up in Sept 2013, but was told last month that the credit bureau was never updated and it shows I owe R430.00, according to my knowledge this account was settled, why did they not update it, if I am still owing why was I not informed?
