******* contract upgrade and charges

I have been with autopage for 5 years even when they were nashua mobile. My contract was due for upgrade in June 2015. I attempted to do it telephonically and never got notice so i chose to cancel. In august I was approached by joechem singh who has been helpful throughout about upgrading. As part of not returning my call earlier a contract was designed to benefit me. It was an mtn my350 package where I would receive 350 mins 500 SMS and 500mb of data for R199 a month which was appealing and additional get 1 gig data free for them contacting me sooner. I do receive the above but I have since august been charge over R550 a month and in august was charged for data I didn't even buy. I have battled to reach them and lay a complaint as far back as September. I get told the call recording is pending then it s lost. I was told to contact the retemtions manager himself Zaheer Vallee who I emailed on Jan 7th 2016 he keeps forwarding my emails to a Tom Davids who til today has yet to contact me.I spoke to joechem in 18th Jan who advised tom would handle it and reverse the charges and refund me. Only today to receive notice all my backlogged data was erased.I want some action now u *******.
