Corporate accounts are a second thought
Instead of me complaining to headoffice (once again), I have now decided to go public. We have been a corporate client with Autopage since they took over our original service provider. Every time I attempt to obtain any information, or almost anything from them (as shown in the past), I am met with constant obstacles.
I have been trying to obtain a PUK number for the Director's cellular telephone on the Company account, on which I am authorised. I was advised that I need to send a letter to their service email address, which I did. I received a confirmation email at 13h00 today, and have not received a call back or a response thereto. Inevitably it was faster to drive, search for the sim card information card, and do it myself.

On the voice prompts, an individual customer can get their PUK by entering their ID number, but a corporate account has to jump through hurdles. The letter was understandable, but not the lack of urgency shown on their side. If I managed to get through to a consultant, he would attempt to put me through to the corporate accounts, which cut the call twice.

It appears to me that corporate accounts do not matter as much as their individual accounts.
