COOLING OFF PERIOD NOT HONOURED ON FAULTY PHONE

I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone. The new phone arrived and worked fine. I went for a weekend to a remote area where there very limited cell phone coverage. The phone developed a fault whereby the screen would not turn on. When I got back to civilisation on the Monday, I phoned Autopage and said that I wanted to return the phone under the \cooling off"period of 5 days. It was actually the morning of day 6"
