contract upgrades

My contract phone was upgraded without my consent.when I query the transaction I was told to call a center.when I called yes the upgrade was done and the phone was delivered to a wrong person whom singed for it at edenvale how was he verified and how was the application done its still unknown.our information its clear not safe with u guys as anyone can take a contract using false detail..my phone its suspend without any notice given to me now my life has to stop because someone didn't do their jobs..I have to carry the cost of calling and travelling to eastgate and getting no help
