contract still not canclled

I sent a cancelation letter to altech on the 4th Feb 2016. i was told my contract will be cancelled after 30 days but when i called in they said it will only be on the billing date which is the 17th March. i received an email saying it will only be cancelled in April? how can it take over 2 months? my contract expired last year? The other problem is they have blocked my phone. they siad its due to my limit pro that hasn't actually worked in 8 months and now all of a sudden it works? i called yesterday asking fro it to be unblocked and again today but still nothing. This is probaly my 8th or 9th complaint to altech I am so sick and tired of all this and i just want to be done with them.
