Contract settled but still receive Legal letters

<p>Subsequent to numerous bad the customer service that endured from AutopageAltech during my contract with them, I settled the account and terminated the contract in December 2015. Even after HelloPeter intervened, they managed to close the contract.</p> <p>On the 18 October 2016, I received a very disturbing letter from the legal department stating that I still owe R804.92 and that they would like to draw my attention to the fact that should I fail to make a satisfied payment arrangement, fail to bring the account up to date or fail to respond to this notice, they will be required to, in addition to their rights, report the details of my failure(s) aforementioned to the credit bureaus. </p> <p>I found this treatment to be unfair and stressful. Please anyone help!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
