Contract Renewal Under False Pretension

Well I am lost for words once again. I was in the proses to close my contract with Autopage and Yvonne Chauke tried to retain me as a client with Flase Information and wrongfull advertising! I also gave her the oppertunity to rectify and escilate the problem with her management but was just ignored! This is the reason I wanted to leave Autopage in the first place and now I am sitting in the same spot again and being bul**** by the a company promising certain deliverables. 1st thing I would receive my phone in 5-7 working days. Never happend and when I phoned i was told it was send back to JHB. The delivery took another approx 7 days and without the negociated charger. The I was just ignored by Yvonne as she allready did the deal and is easier to ignore a client of approx 18years with Autopage and with Red VIP contract. Why must we always complain to get a service we pay for and not being cheated by companies? Why must we always need or want to envolve CPA in issues because employees dont want to deliver as promised? <br> I have the mail Trail between me and Yvonne and you can listen to my instrcutions on the phone recording as well!!!
