contract renewal

I was offered to upgrade on line because i have been all my years with autopage in July Y and they would deliver my new phone in n weeks time well it is now nearly 2 months and no phone although my contract was updated after confronting them they say they could not get hold of me but i gave them my Adrea's and phone number they say that they have returned the phone and now after numerous e mails no one knows what is happening i feel like canceling the contract but they say i am already on a new up-grated contract so i cannot cancel even if i have not received my new handset (samsung j100) this is the worst service hat i have ever encountered
