CONTRACT OPENED **********LY REPORTED IT NO ACTION

Some one used my details to take up a contract with Autopage in Eastgate. **** ID, **** pay slip, **** everything. (Mind you, i have never lost my ID). I became aware of this when my bank account was debited, Immediately contacted Autopage to find out what was the debit about. I was advised to go to the branch in East Gate because that is where the ***** occurred. I had to run around going to the police station for statements and case numbers. I did everything that they(Autopage) requested of me. Forms completed, affidavits filled and submitted to them. I was assured that the so called contract will be stopped. To my surprise, this month my bank account is still being debited. This is giving me a major headache, is my account goes in a minus and bank charges and penalties are put against my name. Ever since i reported the matter to them on the 16th of September 2015 and submitted all the documents to them by the 19th of September, i have never received any feedback from Autopage. All I want is for my account to stop being debited for **** i know nothing about. And the contract to be cancelled!!!!
