CONTRACT OF 084-616-500

Good day,<br> I have just about had it with Altech Auto-page. I am now battling to sort out my Daughters contract since auto-page took over from Nashua mobile. on the 8th of the month I spoke to Iris Thulo and she helped me with a couple of things. 1. the migration to a prepaid or top-up contract. But according to Her the following was to happen. 100min, 100mms, 700mb data as I bought an extra 500mb DATA for R 85.00. This would have been loaded to my daughters phone on 23rd April 2015. She also left me her e-mail address and told me that I could email her if the above is not met. Well this is the 30th of April 2015 and since the 23rd I have been trying to make contact with IRIS THULO with no sucess. Only 53.33MB data was loaded and only 26.67 anytime min as loaded and only 27mms was loaded. WHERE IS THE REST?... <br> I have been BATLING now for the 6th month with this account and ever tried to CANCELL the contract due to BREACH OF CONTRACT. This is not right PEOPLE. We pay for services that WE absoloutely NOT getting. <br> I WANT THIS SORTED out by AUTO-PAGE asap or a Cancellation of the contract so that we can work on PRE-PAID.<br> I CAN'T CARRY ON LIKE THIS.
