Contract not cancelled

My contract with Nashua mobile migrated to Altech. When I phoned in February 2016 to cancel( expires 31/4/2016) the operator convinced me to take the Topup100 for R52.00 per month. I did tell the operator I have a handset and don't want a new one,. I still got billed R184.00 at end of March 2016.<br> Now I also realised after phoning Altech they have a Nokia ASHA handset on my name. A handset that I did not received or signed for. <br> Migration to Glocell is now also a problem, because this account is transferred just like that. The problem started at Altech and now it is getting so frustrating to do a lot of phoning between Altech and Glocell. I want to cancell this contract and I hold Altech responsible, the problem started with them and it just migrated to Glocell.<br> And I expect them to investigate the sitiation about the handset.
