contract handed over to lawyers

if you are planning to take a contract with altech just remember not to upgrade. I have been querying the same invoices with altech and instead of interrogating the issue they hand over my account to their lawyers and *****ing my name because of their mistakes. lesson learnt I will be staying away from them forever and everyone close to me will know of their bad service
