CONTRACT EXPIRED ON 11/06/15 BUT MY NO NOT PORTED
My two year contract expired on 11 June 2015. On 1 May 2015 I sent an email to [Email Removed] to advise that I did not want to renew the contract and that I wanted the number to be retained and ported to prepaid.

In terms of Clause 4 of the Subscriber Agreement notice of cancellation can be given in writing.

On 28 June 2015 the number was to be ported to prepaid. It has not been done on the network.
On 1 July 2015 I logged a request that the number be ported. It has not been done.
On 4 July 2015 I logged a request that the number be ported. It has not been done.
On 8 July 2015 I logged a request that the number be ported. It has not been done.
On 10 July 2015 I logged a request that the number be ported. It has not been done.

Airtime and data has been loaded onto the number as per the subscriber agreement (which is expired). I will not pay for this as there is no contract between me and Autopage Cellular.

I would like to know why Autopage and Cell C have taken almost a month to port a number when the ICASA regulations require a number to be ported within 3 days.

If my number is not ported by Monday, 12 July 2015, I will institute proceedings to compel Autopage.
