Contract Continuation- Requests to cancel ignored

I am disgusted by the service i received, i gave notice to have my contract cancelled. i made a follow up to find out it it was captured and all was in order. Every month my contract continues. i requested for the audio recordings, i was told it will be investigated and i would receive feedback. Nothing as such ever occurs. i can not wait to get out of this contract.
