Contract Cancelled but still Debiting my account

My daughter Genevieve Tammy Michael has cancelled her Cell C contract *** and have given them more than 30 days notice to cancel her contract. They still submitted through the debit order beginning of July. She placed a Stop Payment on this debit order and returned it \No Authority to Debit". <br> They still went ahead and debited her account again for the 2nd time in the middle of July....and she returned it again. <br> For the 3rd time Autopage again debited her account on the 25th July......<br> How can a company that is suppose to be so efficient have an accounts department that is so ***********.....they can see thecontract has been cancelled and that client has placed a Stop Payment"
