Contract billing is different to contract plan

I was called by a call centre agent from Altech Autopage. The agent explained that I was selected blah blah blah. They she explained the new package \R99.00 per month no extra charges etc. I accepted.<br> <br> when I received the first billing. It was a shock. I was charged for data charges and additional services. I called the number provided for billing queires. The consultant explained that was what I signed for . I tried to explain that I did not use the phone so how was I charged for data usage. The consultant then said he would reverse the charge .<br> <br> The same thing happened following month billing with extra services. This time data charges was less.I activated the sim.
