Contract

On 16/02/2015 I had called the call centre in order to ascertain a copy my contract, I have told that this will take a few days. Called back yesterday and was passed around from person to person. All I need it's a copy of my contract. This is quiet urgent and would like for someone to call me back urgently before the close of business. If a copy of the contract cannot be provided, then will someone send me a letter stating my contract is still in existence and the period? Please call on *** ext 888 or on ***.
