Continuously sending multiple bills

Every month around the 15th I get threatened with disconnection. Seems I have two accounts...A 30 days debit account and a so called cash account . I have one line with only and one phone but try explaining it to their call centre or account people. I always get three or even sometimes four debits off my account in one month. I've spoken to Supervisors even Managers there but nothing changes. I've asked for a recon a out four or five times be done on my account but nobody ever gets back to you...ever. I get forced to pay huge amounts of money or I'll be disconnected. I've never encountered such poor service in my life. I truly wish they could just end my contract as it's so pathetic to have to deal with these people every month. I lose more money by having to call them to explain their stupidity to them...worse when they cut my line as I have to buy airtime to use another Providers network to call them again...wrist truly cannot explain how much I hate having to deal with these people.
