Continuing lies from Altech Autopage

Last year I made several requests not to be contacted about upgrading my cell contract. I was ignored. Eventually I complained on HelloPeter and got a response from AA stating that I would no longer be contacted. I have since been contacted numerous times by email and phone to upgrade my contract and on several occasions I've again been told a note would be made so that I would not be contacted about it again. I've now switched my contract to pay-as-you-go, yet I've once again been contacted about upgrading my contract. AA, when will the lies stop? And when will you sort out your systems so that people working there are actually able to engage with reality? And when will you stop *****ing money from me for SMS 100, a service I never even requested?
