Consultants are unhelpful and disrespectful!

I inititally signed up with Nashua Mobile. Upon application, my payment date was 25th of every month. Altech Autopage then took over all Nashua Mobile customers and since then, I have been harrassed on the 15th of every month to pay. Every time I call to reactivate my line, I have to explain my payment date. I called the manager, he wasn't available and I left a messgae. I still haven't received a call back from him. The consultant I spoke to this morning was so disrespectful. Kept speaking over me and eventually hung up while I was still speaking. This is the WORST service provider and I would NEVER recommend anyone to take out a contract with them.
