Consultant was rude/ disgusting

I called Autopage headoffice on *** n spoke to an incredibly disgusting n rude woman by the name of Lita Dalpate<br> <br> She displayed bad behaviour from the minute she answered my call, she didnt even allow me 2 complete my sentence b4 asking me 4 my number, she informed me that the reason why i have no data coverage is because my account was suspended due 2 no debit order that was set up 2 which i was very confused as i had a previous fone with altech and a debit order was set up for that phone also no one asked me about my method of payment? Lita then went on to sound extremely frustrated with me as if i was dumb for not understanding her and started talking to me in a shouting manner. Im guessing Autopage is very confused because when i called them in Westwood, they said i do have a debit order set up, i called *** and spoke to another rude consultant who said i infact dont have a debit order<br> <br> I then called back and spoke to Eugene Ndlovu who was very helpful but i would like to tell Lita that you are a disgusting person who needs to learn manners and because of your behaviour you will never grow and will always have to attend to customers! Change your attitude fast!!
