Consultant not willing to helpi

I Ismail Haffejee went into Autopage Newtown for acc assistance on 25 March 2015 at 4:25, the assistant at the branch called in and spoke to Koena mosebedi and when tried to ask for further help Koena hung upp. On the second call when I asked to speak to her she just transfered the call to cancellations to get rid of the query. I didn't ask to cancel my contract all I was asking for is assistance with my account. Taking this service into consideration I won't recommend Autopage to anyone n will cancel my contract with Autopage. Your customer service sucks.
