CONSTANTLY BLOCKING MY LINE

I have had my Altech contract for 3 months after being moved there by NAshua Mobile. I have NOT set a limit on my line and yet over the 3 months that I have had this contract with Altech they have blocked my line at least 7 times! Which means that I am unable to call or message so how do Altech propose I get a hold of them to unblock my phone... WHEN i eventually get through to a consultant after waiting for at lease 6 minutes at a time on hold, they claim to unblock my phone and remove the limit that they created and tell me to restart the phone- and surprise surprise when I restart the block is still effective.<br> <br> I HAVE HAD IT! Altech must remove themselves from this contract and redirect it straight to cell c. I refuse to deal with Altech anymore- you are a bunch of idiots who cannot take/ follow basic instructions.
