Consistent Softlocking for no reason

Every month ever since Altech Autopage bought Nashua Mobile that have decided to soft lock my phone at the end of the month. Effectively stopping me from using the service I have paid for.<br> At the end of every month this happens, 12 months or more I believe. They have no answer as to why and they will not resolve the matter.<br> <br> The contract I have is a 24 month deal not a pay as you go/prepaid, so I do not run out of minutes or even data.<br> <br> They leave it in my hands to contact them to resolve the matter, which can take more than a day
