Complaint over the Simcard

I app**** for a contract phone in April 2015 at auto page Bethlehem. it took almost 2 weeks to get it and when I finally did receive it I asked that they use the current number that I was using to a contract Simcard. I was given a phone without them registering the sim. I called several times to give them my simcard no but still no luck. in November I went to the branch and Tumelo who was helping me refused to help me and told me that I should never come again for help. I left without the problem being resolved. Still the debit order is running yet I do not have the simcard. I call the head office and asked that they cancel my contract but they convinced me it will be resolved, the simcard was couriered but to my surprise it is not registered.... I called the head office again and they said since the branches in the eastern free state are closing down I should go to Bloemfontein to register it... I mean how did they issue me a sim that is not even registered?
