Complaint over not being able to sms not attended

Your lack of co-operation with a customer in this regard is appalling - sending me an email saying my query is resolved when it is clearly not is not only infuriating but insulting. if you cared about your customers in the slightest it would not take 14 days to resolve a customers query. This service has been less than acceptable and you have lost a customer. When I can port away you can bet I will run as fast as I can.<br> <br> You then have the nerve to charge me for my full contract when I have not had access to my full offering!<br> <br> I still cannot SMS - sort it out.<br>
