COMPLAINT ***

On Feb 20th 2015 a salesperson called me from the above supplier offering a :fantastic deal \ on an upgrade and after quite a while on the phone I was told the handset would be delivered to me via courier within 2-7days...not specified to be business days. after around 2 weeks later and a few phone calls I received the handset which after charging was faulty. Autopage was advised immediately and a courier was dispatched to collect it 2 days later. Handset was received by Autopage to which I recd an sms as confirmation. Since then I have been trying to get the upgrade cancelled as I informed them that I no longer wished to deal with Head Office due to shocking service
