Closed logged calls without contact

I received a very suspicious bill and queried it on their website. No response and the call was closed. This happened month after month for 7months. As I refuse to pay until proof for what i am paying, they now send me legal letters. All i want is a call to clear this up! No contact details besides website email form so i can't even be proactive about this.
