Closed but ITC IS LISTED!!!!

You people are truely the WORSE company in the world. I cant believe the how useless you are. My account was paid in full and settled because I HATE YOUR COMPANY and I NEVER asked to do business with YOU!!! WHY THE HELL ARE YOU SHOWING I OWE YOU R1196 on ITC when this was closed in SEPT 2015 I WANT MY ITC/EXPERIAN/TRANSUNION/CREDIT BUREAU UPDATED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
