CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!
Since March I have been calling in for account closure and then decided to upgrade the same month. I received the phone and decided to return it with the SIM card. I requested cancelation since March I have been calling every month to ensure that its done. GUESS WHAT?????? I was again debited yesterday. I logged another call for cancelation ref A*** ( I want this months premium reversed and the account closed)
