Charging for extra service beyond contract term

Cancelled 2 year contract. No feedback. On phoning them they told me that I would be charged an extra 20 day fee due to their systems. I asked them to put that in writing highlighting where it was stated in my contract with them No response. I then wrote to them but they canceled to job with no response. Customer service is non existent
