Charged for Hotspotter even thouigh it was cancell

I received a call from Autopage asking me to sign up for Hotspotter. The caller was persistent and eventually I accepted. She told me I will receive an email immediately, but after 15 minutes nothing arrived. I called the number and held on for a long while only to be attended to by an arrogant rude person. I immediately requested cancellation of the Hotspotter service and she accepted. I got an sms the next morning confirming the cancellation, but my invoice from Autopage shows pro-rata charges as well as a charge for the new month. These charges need to be be reversed immediately in full. Please ensure that this does not come off my debit order payment at month end.
