Charged for Data that we dont get.

We have had a Cell C contract with Autopage for many years, the current one is already 18 months into the 24 month contract. when we took it out we requested additional data. We are charged monthly for this data but yet have never received it. Many trips to the branch and calls to the call center, we still don't get the data. In the past 3 months I have tried to cancel/stop this additional data twice, we still get charged and still don't get the data.<br> PLEASE HELP!!!
