Charged for data and sms bundle not received

My wife's line is being billed for 250MB data and 20 sms bundle. No data and sms bundles are ever received but we stay being billed. Calling your call centre requires a full day off from work and .000's of rand airtime only to be put through to *********** unmotivated agents who mutter their names and drop the call. You have no other numbers to call, what are you hiding from? This is how you treat loyal customers of 5years with not single debit order rejection? Call me if im worth your business.<br> Pathetic
