Change of debit order date

Request M***2 was done online to change debit order date from last day of month to the 20th on 2014/12/29. It failed and I still got debited in Jan at month end. Then request M*** was done in branch to change the day on 2015/04/04. Yet when I now logon to myacc I see that it is still going to debit me on the last day of the month.<br> <br> The second part is, on 2015/04/09 I upgraded my account and was supposed to receive a voucher with. I asked Menlyn branch whether this can be picked up in Cape Town and was promised they will get back to me. Still waiting!!!!
