CEO Contacted and still no refund after 20 days
It is 20 days later. No money refunded after admitting they *****ed-up by failing to up-date/activate my data bundle. It doesn't help that you involve their CEO - Boyd Chislett, no urgency and or concern about the wellbeing and service delivery to the said! It is a disgrace that the stats on Hellopeter are also of no concern to him!
