Cellphone returned without being repaired

I posted a complaint last month regarding a cellphone I had sent in for repairs. This phone is still under warranty and I was quoted R4k for the repairs. After posting my complaint I was contacted by a Lebo/Tshepo who apologised for the rude consultants I dealt with, he then assured that he would assist me with my query. He called a couple of times and seemed eager to assist. The last call I received was him saying he has sent an email to the repair center and would get back to me. I am still waiting for that call.<br> <br> I got a call today from the Southgate branch saying my phone is back but has not been repaired due to a rejected quote!!! <br> <br> So now I must pay for cellphone that doesn't work and its not working from an issue that was previously repaired. <br> <br> I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT WORK!!
