cellphone replacement

in response to my previous complaint about the replacement of a faulty phone where as it has been in for repairs four times in 11 months (factory faults) , i have just been contacted by auto-page, where they state that i will not be receiving a new phone due to the fact that it has already been repaired, although prior to the booking in i was told to write a letter stating why i should receive a new phone, only to be told now that it was all for nothing, the service and customer care is absolutely pathetic, i will definitely be cancelling me contract after being with them for the past 6+ years, never in my life have i ever received such useless service, i will be trying best to cancel as of now!!!!!<br> <br> i will be happy to leave this lack of service by a pathetic service provider.!!!!
