CELLPHONE LINE SUSPENDED AGAIN!!!!

Once again, my cellphone service has been suspended. I contacted Vodacom yesterday and according to them I have to phone Altech Autopage, who the cellphone contract is with. Upon phoning Altech Autopage this morning, I was informed that the problem is on Vodacom's side. Getting sent back and forth. Apparently I am making unauthorised international calls. MY HUSBAND WORKS IN MOZAMBIQUE AND I PHONE HIM EVERY MONTH!!!! How many times do I need to explain this!!! I have three kids here at home and they cannot reach me and neither can I reach any of them!! IF ANYTHING should happen to any of my children and I cannot be contacted, I will surely sue Vodacom a well as Altech Autopage for every cent! I am not doing anything ******* and would surely not use a CONTRACT phone if I intend to!!! I wanted to cancel this contract with Altech Autopage as they are my service provider and doing NOTHING to rectify this situation!! If this cellphone is blocked again, I WILL cancel my contract and would expect not to be held responsible for the remainder of the contract. It is now 24 Hours without service and another 24 Hours to unlock!!!! Pathetic!!
