Cellphone contract/ unrepaired phone

This is a complain about my cellphone contract with Altech Autopage, I upgraded my contract on the 27th January 2014 and is expiring in 2016. After using the cellphone for 3 months the phone doesn't charge. I returned the phone to Autopage for repairs twice and the phone is still not repaired. The phone is with me and not working.<br> I called customer care and they told me that the charging was beyond economical repair and they cannot give me a new phone. The phone was not physically damaged. I bought a new phone but still into their contract and they are deducting money monthly from my account and they told me that I am receiving minutes every month but the phone is not working.<br> With the above mentioned reasons I am logging a complain so that it can be attention, whether by stopping the contract, giving me another phone or paying me back what I have already paid.<br> Bessie Raditladi<br> ***<br> Altech Autopage<br> Acc.
