CELLPHONE CONTRACT (EXPIRED 4 YEARS AGO)

<p>Okay, i had a 24 months contract with Altech Autopage, which expired years back and have cancelled the contract upon the expiration date with one of their shops in Tramshed in Pretoria. Now, almost three to four years later, i have just been harrassed by one of their so called "debt collector" over a telephone, forcing me to pay an amount of about R2350,00 owing to the said contract. I have to say, i am as equally amazed, needless to mention the disgust i had when told that i owe Altech. This is purely becuase i have cancelled my contract years ago and to my knowledge, i don't have any contract obligation with them. I have to say, the debt collector "MBD", she went on town on how she is going to hand my name over to ITC resultant to my failure to pay the debt which i don't owe. This is probably becuase Altech unilaterally extended my contract without me knowing, actions which i am not prepared to succumb to. **** it, i will not pay such nonsense.</p>
