CELLPHONE AND SIM CARD

I have a contract with Autopage, I cant even count the months I have been paying without using it. I have booked it for repairs did a sim swop however it still not working. I stay in Midrand and work in Bryanston I been to the outlets as far as Three Rivers . <br> My complaint is I feel its unfair to be paying for this phone as it is not working and I am not using , I have bben getting excuses from Altech autopage I am now stuck as I do not know where to go.
