Cell phone contract

I app**** and got an approval from Auto page in Alberton, was assisted by Euginiah, she told me she was waiting for my handset and i waited for 3 weeks, finaly when the phone arrived, i couldnt get it because she typed my cell number wrong. i had to again wait for another two weeks without any communication whats soever, i had to call the branch myself. i finally cancelled everything because i wasnt getting any help with them. even the manager there is just as useless as the consultants. Im really disapointed and flabbagasted about the whole expiriance, i will never use that branch again, will never recommend it to my collegues as well.
